Training is focused around creating and surpassing the expectations of each and every one of our Guests. This starts from day one of our extensive three week training program and continues through to the grand opening of your new Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. During training we also focus on business management skills, marketing, membership sales, staffing, administration and basic accounting. We do not teach anyone how to be a Registered Massage Therapist, nor will you be performing massages yourself.
